Homeowner Buyer Assist · Australian property buyers
Your free personal buyer assistant.
A clearer way to plan your budget, find homes and decide what to do next. Buyer Assist brings your property journey together, without taking the decisions out of your hands.
The buying plan is free. Some research uses credits; professional services may have separate terms and fees.
A simple starting point
Budget. Find. Assess.
01 · Budget
Know your starting range
Explore borrowing and purchasing-power estimates, or start with a budget you already know. Use the calculator library to test your assumptions.
Planning estimates only. Confirm lending and purchase costs with your lender, broker or relevant authority.
02 · Find
Focus your home search
Describe what you need, explore properties and build a shortlist. Property matches and alerts depend on available listing data and your preferences.
Listings may change. Check the current availability before acting.
03 · Assess
Check before you commit
Review available property reports, compare saved homes side by side and work through inspections and contract-review options.
Missing or incomplete evidence is a reason to check further, not a sign that a property is risk-free.
Support when you choose
Bring in the right professional.
Request help with finance, purchase structuring, inspections, negotiation or conveyancing from within your buying journey.
Contract review options include reviewing an existing PDF and a buyer-led Prepared intake when you need help obtaining the contract. Availability, terms and fees must be checked in the relevant flow.
Before engaging a professional, confirm their licence where applicable, insurance, scope and fees. A support request is not an appointment or a guaranteed response.
You stay in control
Opening a support dialog does not send a request. Review the details and explicitly submit when you are ready.
Private inspection requests require an eligible, currently verified listing contact. Unverified and pre-market contacts are not a shortcut around those checks.
Your plan can remain in this browser while you explore. Sign in and choose to save it when you want account-backed access.
What Buyer Assist is
A buying workspace, not just a listing portal.
A listing portal helps you browse homes. Buyer Assist also brings budget planning, your shortlist, property evidence and next-step support into a buyer-focused workspace.
It does not replace a licensed professional or negotiate automatically on your behalf. You choose whether to request professional help.
A typical journey
Set a budget, shortlist suitable homes, compare the evidence, inspect and seek contract advice before deciding on an offer. Continue tracking the next steps as your plans progress.
This describes the workflow, not a customer case study or a promise of savings, successful negotiation or settlement.
Your questions, answered.
Is Buyer Assist free?
The buying plan is free, rather than a time-limited trial. Some research tools use credits. Professional services can have separate fees and terms; check these before submitting a request.
Do I need to sign in before exploring?
You can start at the public buying-plan page. Browser-only progress is not an account save. Sign in and explicitly save your plan for account-backed access; signed-in accounts are required for the monthly research allowance.
Can I describe the home I want?
Add a brief description of your needs and priorities in Find. Optional AI search can help order eligible homes using the available listing text; it does not decide for you or guarantee a match.
Will it contact someone automatically?
No support request is sent just by opening a dialog. You review and explicitly submit the request. This does not automatically appoint a broker, buyer’s agent, inspector or conveyancer.
Can I rely on a report instead of professional advice?
No. Reports, AI summaries and calculator estimates can be incomplete or out of date. Confirm material risks, finance, legal questions and purchase terms with appropriately qualified professionals.
Take your next step.
Start with your budget, then build a buying plan around the homes that matter to you.
